Shipping
Shipping is available within Switzerland.
Your order will usually be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 70.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Returns
If a piece of jewelry doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it within 10 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please contact me in advance by email at info@lunara-schmuck.ch so that we can coordinate the return together.
The jewelry should be unworn and carefully packaged for return.
