Shipping
Shipping is available within Switzerland.
Your order will usually be shipped within 2–4 business days.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 60.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns
If a piece of jewelry doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it within 10 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please contact me in advance by email at info@lunara-schmuck.ch so that we can coordinate the return.
The jewelry should be returned unworn and carefully packaged.
