Replacement part / Single item
Only possible if the appropriate replacement part is available. The exact price will be confirmed after consultation.
Process & Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping the item to and from the repair service. For secure processing, we recommend the following procedure:
- Take photos of the jewelry and send us an email with the desired repair service.
- Upon receipt of the jewelry, we will send you a photo as confirmation that it has arrived.
- After the repair is completed, you will receive another photo to confirm the work performed.
Repairs are carried out within 3–5 business days. All Lunara jewelry also comes with a one-year free repair guarantee from the date of purchase.
