Return and Refund Policy (Lunara)

Returns

You may return your order within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@lunara-schmuck.ch with photos of the issue.
