The Lunara Partner Program offers selected Instagram users in Switzerland the opportunity to share Lunara with friends, family, and their community. For every qualified sale, partners receive a 5% commission, while their referrals get a 5% discount on their purchase.
How it works
01 — Apply
Send us your Instagram handle, a brief introduction of yourself, and confirmation that you reside in Switzerland.
02 — Selection
We review your application and select partners who are a good fit for Lunara.
03 — Receive a personal partner code
If you are selected, you will receive a personal Lunara Partner Code, exclusively assigned to you.
04 — Share Lunara
Share your personal code with your friends, family, or Instagram community.
Your personal partner code offers your referrals a 5% discount on their purchase and at the same time allows us to attribute the sale to you.
05 — Earn 5%
For every qualified purchase made using your personal partner code, you receive a 5% commission on the original product price.
Example
A customer buys a Lunara necklace at the original price of CHF 85 and uses your personal partner code.
5% customer discount: CHF 4.25
Customer price: CHF 80.75
Your commission:
CHF 85 × 5% = CHF 4.25
You receive CHF 4.25 commission for this sale. ✨
The more successful orders received through your personal partner code, the more commission you earn.
The 5% customer discount is applied directly at the time of purchase. The 5% partner commission is paid separately by Lunara to the partner.
Who can become a Lunara Partner?
To become a Lunara Partner, you must:
- reside in Switzerland.
- have an active Instagram account.
- actively follow Lunara on Instagram.
- have an authentic and engaged community.
- be interested in jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, gifts, or related topics.
- be willing to authentically share Lunara with your community.
- agree to the Lunara Partner Terms.
- be selected and confirmed by Lunara before receiving a personal partner code.
There is currently no minimum number of followers. For us, authenticity and genuine engagement count more than the sheer number of followers.
Commission & Payout
- The commission rate is 5%.
- Commission is calculated based on the original product price of a qualified sale.
- A commission is generated when the partner's personal partner code is used in the order.
- The personal partner code grants the customer a 5% discount.
- Commissions are calculated and paid weekly.
- Payout is made via TWINT or bank transfer.
- Sales are recorded via the personal Lunara Partner Code.
- Partners do not need to report their sales themselves.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Only completed orders that have not been cancelled, returned, or refunded are eligible for commission.
If a commission has already been paid out and the corresponding order is subsequently cancelled, returned, or refunded, the already paid commission will be offset against future commissions.
If the outstanding amount cannot be fully offset within 14 calendar days, the partner will be informed and must repay the remaining amount to Lunara via TWINT or bank transfer within 7 calendar days.
Partner code & other discount codes
The personal Lunara Partner Code grants the customer a 5% discount and simultaneously serves to attribute the sale to the respective partner.
Only one discount or promotional code can be used per transaction.
Therefore, the partner code cannot be used simultaneously with another discount or promotional code.
This applies in particular to:
- welcome offers
- other discount codes
- promotional codes
- other promotions or offers
If another discount or promotional code is already used for an order, the partner code cannot be applied in addition.
Commission Review
The commission rate of 5% will be reviewed every three months.
Lunara reserves the right to adjust the commission rate due to changes in material costs, operating costs, prices, or other business conditions.
Any change will apply exclusively to future qualifying sales and will be communicated to active Lunara Partners before its effective date.
Conduct as a Lunara Partner
Lunara Partners commit to:
- presenting Lunara and its products honestly and respectfully.
- using only their personally assigned partner code.
- not sharing or transferring their partner code to other persons.
- not making misleading or unsubstantiated claims about Lunara or its products.
- not using spam or misleading advertising methods.
- not engaging in activities that could harm Lunara's reputation or brand.
- not representing themselves as employees, official representatives, or owners of Lunara.
- disclosing their business relationship with Lunara when promoting Lunara products, if required by applicable regulations.
- using their own Instagram account and an authentic community when promoting Lunara.
Participation in the Partner Program
Participation in the Lunara Partner Program is exclusively subject to prior selection and confirmation by Lunara.
Lunara reserves the right to reject applications without stating reasons.
Lunara may suspend or terminate a partner's participation if the partner terms are not complied with, if promotional activities could harm Lunara's reputation or brand, or if the collaboration is no longer deemed suitable for other reasons.
Upon termination of the partnership, already earned commissions from qualified and completed orders generally remain payable, subject to the conditions stated above.
Outstanding commission adjustments due to cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will remain valid even after the termination of the partnership.
