Return & Refund Policy (Lunara)

Returns You may return your order within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost during return transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
